Brittany Floyd – Director of Business Development
Brittany Floyd is responsible for leading strategic capture initiatives and managing the company-wide pipeline for Waséyabek Federal Group (WFG), with a primary focus on Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Energy (DOE) opportunities. She joined Waséyabek with over 18 years of progressive experience in business development, procurement, contract management, compliance, and federal contracting.
In her role, Ms. Floyd coordinates teaming and bidding strategies, develops compelling proposals and presentation materials, and cultivates key partnerships to drive business growth and enhance WFG’s competitiveness in the federal market. She plays a vital role in positioning WFG for long-term success through proactive capture planning and customer engagement.
Ms. Floyd holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of South Carolina – Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University’s North Charleston campus. She is dedicated to expanding Waséyabek’s presence in the federal contracting space by leveraging her extensive industry expertise and commitment to delivering value-driven solutions.
