Vanessa Hatfield – Business Development Growth Strategist

Vanessa Hatfield brings more than twenty-five years of experience in business development, project administration and coordination, contract transition and management, professional recruiting, and administrative management to the role of Business Development Growth Strategist for Waséyabek Federal Services, LLC.  She holds a Bachelors’s degree in Business Administration from East Tennessee State University. Ms. Hatfield has more than fifteen years of experience in the federal contracting arena, successfully supporting multi-million dollar government contracts.  Under her expertise and business acumen, she has assisted in the development of numerous successful proposals as well as identified and recruited qualified, talented personnel placed on contract with various clients throughout the Department of Energy (DOE) Complex.

Ms. Hatfield was previously responsible for leading and managing a large corporation’s small business and supplier diversity program initiatives in support of corporate and internal business client requirements, acting as a key point of contact with small, veteran-owned small, service-disabled veteran-owned small, HUBZone small, small disadvantaged, and women-owned small business representatives.
